All aquarium tanks manufactured by ADVANCED ACRYLIC DISPLAY & SUPPLY, INC., (Advanced Acrylics), are warranted to be free of defects in material and/or workmanship for the periods listed below.

Aquarium Tanks and water retraining terrariums - A period of two years from the date of acceptance by the Owner.

Dry Exhibits - A period of five years from the date of acceptance by the Owner.

This Warranty does not cover any damage, or degradation, caused by negligence, misuse, or accident by the Owner, General Contractor, Sub-Contractor(s), or other tradesmen such as millwrights, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, or tank service personal; climatic variances caused by air conditioning, humidity control, or power failure; or surface deterioration caused by the public, Owners employees, aquatic life, or improper maintenance.

All aquarium tanks, terrariums, or dry exhibits supplied by Advanced Acrylics conform to applicable industry standards for physical property values, and the ACRYLIC AQUARIUM SPECIFICATIONS provided by Advanced Acrylics.

Any aquarium tank, terrarium, or dry exhibit supplied by Advanced Acrylics found to be defective during the source inspection will be repaired, or replaced, at no charge to the Owner.

Advanced Acrylics shall repair, or replace, any aquarium tank, terrarium, or dry exhibit found to have latent defects, up to 30 days after installation. This Warranty is specifically limited to the repair or replacement of the defective component. All transportation, unloading, setting in place, installation, hook-up, or consequential damages shall be borne by the Owner. Advanced Acrylics shall have no obligation or liability for personal injury, property damage, business interruption losses, opening delays, or other consequential damages.

The foregoing warranties are in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for their particular purpose.
